Bake in a medium oven for 15-20mins until the biscuits are a pale colour.

Making a Cake in a Mug in the Microwave

This recipe makes enough mixture for one massively huge mug (two or three ordinary sized mugs).

  • 4 tablespoons - self raising flour
  • 4 tablespoons - sugar
  • 2 tablespoons - drinking chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons - vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons - milk
  • 1 egg
  • a few chocolate drops

Mix very well. Either mix in your huge mug or use a bowl and then put the mixture into your mugs. Dont forget that the mixture will rise as it cooks. Zap in the microwave until risen and cooked (a couple of minutes), exact cooking time will vary.  Best eaten whilst still warm.
