Christmas Chocolate chip shortbreadIngredients:
Cream butter and sugar together with a wooden spoon Roll the dough out to approx ¾ - 1cm thick Cut the biscuits into shapes – because itâ€s nearly Christmas, we used Christmas shapes! Bake in a medium oven for 15-20mins until the biscuits are a pale colour.
Making a Cake in a Mug in the MicrowaveThis recipe makes enough mixture for one massively huge mug (two or three ordinary sized mugs).
Mix very well. Either mix in your huge mug or use a bowl and then put the mixture into your mugs. Don’t forget that the mixture will rise as it cooks. Zap in the microwave until risen and cooked (a couple of minutes), exact cooking time will vary. Best eaten whilst still warm. |
